Space-saving solution due to short demagnetization coils
During the testing of defects in ferromagnetic materials using the eddy current or flux leakage method, the test material is generally magnetized until saturated. After the test, the material contains residual magnetization which has to be reduced to the specified values prior to delivery. FOERSTER provides the high-performance EMAG demagnetization unit for this purpose. thanks to its short coils, it is space-saving and can be integrated in your testing line.
